24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Scalpture, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain the best possible service for all clients.

15-Minute Late Appointment Policy

We understand that life happens! If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service time to accommodate our schedule. In some cases, a late fee may apply.
